Elevating Spaces: Completion of Nuveen’s CAT A+ Refurbishment in the heart of Clerkenwell

We are delighted to announce the successful Practical Completion of our CAT A+ project in collaboration with Nuveen. This transformative refurbishment project, valued at <£3 million, has not just revamped existing office spaces but redefined the very essence of the property.

Project Highlights:

Under the expert guidance of the Employers Agent, Cogent, the project embraced a holistic approach:

Office Space Transformation: The existing office floors underwent a remarkable CAT A and CAT B fit-out, spanning Lower Ground, Ground Floor, and First Floors, setting a new standard for workspace aesthetics and functionality.

Entrance Redesign: The ramp and stairs leading to the property were reconstructed, featuring a redesigned frontage adorned with lush plants and foliage, creating a welcoming ambiance.

Interior Refinement: From decking to internal staircases, every detail was meticulously reconstructed, ensuring a seamless blend of form and function. Toilets, showers, bike facilities, ceiling, partitions, and bespoke joinery were expertly crafted to enhance the overall experience.

Technological Upgrades: Optima Glazing Partitions and Movable Style walls were integrated, transforming spaces with adaptable designs, while MEP alterations ensured efficiency and sustainability.

Luxurious Touches: Forbo Flooring Installation, bespoke drying lockers, and external bespoke planters added a touch of luxury, enhancing the overall appeal.

With a 25-week timeline, the project was completed diligently, paving the way for the tenants’ CAT B fit-out. This project stands as a testament to our commitment to quality and innovation in every facet of construction.
