Progress at Albion

Significant progress has been made at Albion House, our flagship project in Tower Bridge, including the completion of the 4th floor offices, new main entrance doors, stairs, and installation of tea points and AV joinery to the CAT A Floors.

The team is currently focused on decorating the WC and stair cores, as well as installing courtyard paving. With lighting installations planned for the lower ground, 2nd and 3rd floors, they are also managing the installation of secondary steels to the roof and tiling to the WC cores.

Challenges have arisen due to the building’s numerous prior refurbishments, but the team’s collaborative work has enabled them to adapt to site logistics, including lift replacements with only one central internal stair core.
