This ambitious endeavor encompasses structural changes, new toilet facilities, and the selection and installation of contemporary furniture to create modern, functional workspaces
Our project was a holistic transformation focused on enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. Key highlights included optimizing the space with a versatile open-plan layout, creating a spacious environment while unlocking additional square footage by removing the previous tenant's WC facilities. We elevated the ceiling height strategically while concealing essential building services and redecorated the space with a modern finish using Clay Works Plaster.
Further enhancements encompassed upgraded flooring, bespoke carpentry and joinery, enhanced lighting, and a state-of-the-art VRF air conditioning system. Safety measures were meticulously addressed with the repositioning of fire alarms. The project also introduced additional amenities such as new partitions for shower rooms, bespoke meeting booths, movable walls, and premium finishes, including luxury tiling and bespoke oak wall panels. Comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services were expertly installed to ensure modern functionality throughout the transformed space.
